Milford Corporate Office Building Sells For $4.45 Million
A redevelopment company has purchased an office complex that at one time sold for $21.7 million, according to a report.
MILFORD, CT — An Atlanta-based redevelopment company has purchased a Milford corporate office building for over $4 million, The Hartford Business Journal reported.
The Great River Corporate Center, which has 169,000 square feet at 440 Wheelers Farm Road, sold last month to Joffe Paulding 19 LLC for $4.45 million.
The office park sits on 11.8 acres. The property sold for $27.1 million in 2007.

The property was put up for auction in April. At the time there were only a few remaining tenants in the building, including Connoisseur Media, which operates several radio stations.
