Milford Hospital to Offer Health Screenings
Milford Hospital will be offering Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar and Cholesterol screenings from 4:00 pm – 6:15 pm at the hospital on Jan. 15.
From The Milford Hospital: A Healthy Start to the New Year Start the New Year by getting to “know your numbers.” On Monday, January 15th, 2018 Milford Hospital will be offering Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar and Cholesterol screenings from 4:00 pm – 6:15 pm at the hospital, 300 Seaside Avenue in Milford. Blood Pressure and Blood Glucose testing will be offered free of charge. There is a $15.00 fee for cholesterol testing. These are non-fasting, finger prick screening tests. Results and counseling will be available shortly after the test. Appointments are required.
