Milford Election Results 2019: Vote Totals For Every Race
Milford residents went to the polls to vote for candidates for mayor, city clerk, and the boards of aldermen, education and zoning.

MILFORD, CT — Milford Mayor Benjamin G. Blake, a Democrat, won a landslide victory Tuesday night defeating GOP challenger Daniel German by an unofficial tally of 9,771 to 4,928, local officials told Patch. Additionally, Karen Fortunati, a Democrat, defeated incumbent GOP City Clerk Joanne Rohrig by about 600 votes.
Democratic Town Chairman Richard Smith said local Democrats are "elated," with the results as Democrats also dominated on the aldermen and education boards too.
Smith said voters clearly supported the work of Blake and Democrats and he said residents have rewarded local Democrats hard work.

“Thanks to my opponent, Rick Viziello, for a hard-fought campaign. And thanks to Mayor Ben Blake, City Clerk-elect Karen Fortunati, and all of my fellow Row A candidates who were victorious in today’s election. I also want to thank Democratic Party Chairman Rich Smith for his leadership. It is truly an honor to have the opportunity to serve this city and I can't wait to get to work."
