Milford Man Accused Of Sending Threatening Texts: Police

MILFORD, CT — A Milford man, Eric LaPenna, 32, of Opal Street, is accused of sending threatening text messages to a woman on Christmas Eve and later that day he is accused of grabbing the woman by her hair during a verbal argument, police said.

LaPenna was arrested on a warrant on Christmas Day and is charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening. He was given a $35,000 bond.
