Milford Man Accused of Striking Gippers Employee
According to police, the man became angry and struck the employee when he asked patrons to leave.
A Milford man was arrested for striking an employee at Gippers.
According to police, an employee at Gippers began clearing the bar at closing time and asked the remaining patrons to leave. Jordan Randall Nucifora, 23, of Milford, became belligerent and struck the employee.
The incident occurred on Jan. 31.

Nucifora was charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault.
Nucifora was given a court date of Feb. 24.
