Milford Man Arrested for Pleasuring Himself in Public, Again: PD

MILFORD, CT- An Edgefield Avenue man was arrested after he masturbated in front of a group of juveniles, police said.

Police received a report of a male who drove by a group of juveniles who were playing in the Anchor Beach area May 24. He drove by a second time with his driver door open and the juveniles observed him masturbating in his car, police said.

Dylan DeRosa, 25, was developed as a suspect from witness statements and vehicle descriptions.

He is charged with risk of injury, breach of peace and public indecency. He posted a $50,000 bond and was released.

DeRosa was arrested in 2012 for a similar incident. He pleaded guilty to public indecency in that case, according to court records.

He was also arrested in March after he asked a victim for a "hand" in masturbating, police said. He pleaded not guilty in that case.
