Milford Man Found Asleep Inside School Bus Arrested: Orange PD
Police said over 11 pounds of marijuana and other items were seized from the man's vehicle.
ORANGE, CT — A Milford man found asleep in a school bus in Orange was arrested Thursday morning and over 11 pounds of marijuana was seized from his vehicle, according to police.
In a news release posted to Facebook, Orange police said employees of a local school bus company arrived for work shortly after 5 a.m. and noticed a suspicious vehicle parked in the bus yard.
Officers were called to the area and found the vehicle's owner, Brendan O'Connor, 55, of Milford, asleep inside one of the school busses, according to police.

Officers arrested O'Connor and seized his car after a large bag of marijuana was found inside. After obtaining a search warrant, officers seized approximately 11.5 pounds of marijuana, packaging materials, scales and cash from the vehicle, police said.
O'Connor was charged with operating a drug factory, sale of more than one kilogram of cannabis and third-degree criminal trespass.
