Milford Man Pays $5,000 State Ethics Fine
The local resident is also no longer a state employee after serving a supervising psychologist.

Manuel Rosales, of Milford, who was employed between 2010-2014 as a supervising psychologist at the Greater Bridgeport Community Mental Health Center Department, which is a state facility, recently paid a $5,000 state ethics fine, the Connecticut Post reports.
Rosales, while he was working for the state also owned his own practice and he used state resources including his state computer and email to boost his private business, the Post reports.
Rosales would also treat patients at his private practice that were clients of the state Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services. Rosales no longer is employed by the state.
