Milford Nursing Home Fined After Resident With Dementia Leaves
The incident occurred this summer at the facility.
MILFORD, CT — Golden Hill Rehab in Milford has been fined $1,080 after a nursing home resident with dementia was able to leave the facility this past summer for two hours and 15 minutes, reports the Connecticut Health Investigative Team.
The resident was found by an employee about one mile away from the facility.
