Milford Police: 20-Year-Old Woman Found Outside Disoriented on Alcohol and Marijuana With No Coat

Police say a 20-year-old Milford man provided alcohol and marijuana to the woman.

Milford police say they received a complaint regarding a disturbance at a Fern Street residence Monday night.

Investigation led to the arrest of Robert Gulyban, of Fern Street, who is accused of providing alcohol and marijuana to a 20-year-old acquaintance inside the residence, police said.

Police transported the acquaintance to a local hospital for a medical evaluation after finding her disoriented and walking in the street with no coat on in cold weather conditions, police said.

Gulyban failed to comply with the officers’ efforts during the incident.

He was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment, interfering with police, permitting minor to illegally possess alcohol, illegal sale of liquor, and procuring liquor for a minor. He was held on $1,000 bond.
