Milford Police Activity Continues On Bridgeport Avenue
A person with possible mental health issues was seen with what appeared to be a long gun Wednesday, police said.
MILFORD, CT — Police activity continues in the area of 301 Bridgeport Avenue, a day after a person with possible mental health issues was observed with what looked like a long gun.
"We would like to remind everyone to avoid the area at this time," police tweeted Thursday afternoon. "We will provide updates as they become available."
Pedestrian traffic was restricted in the area Wednesday morning. Police said there was no imminent threat Wednesday afternoon.
