Milford Police Arrest Log: Aug. 31 to Sept. 4 2020

Milford Police Arrest Log:

Alyssa Frattaroli, 28, of Newfield Avenue, Stamford is charged with second-degree failure to appear. Police said "On September 3, 2020, Milford Police took custody of Frattaroli in regards to an active warrant for her arrest. Frattaroli is accused of failing to appear in court in March, 2014 stemming from a Norwalk arrest for motor vehicle charges."


Ivanna Foskey, 29, of High Top Cir W, Hamden is charged with fifth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny, possession of a shoplifting device. Police said "On August 27, 2020, Milford Police responded to Macy’s, 1201 Boston Post Road, on the report of a shoplifting. Investigation led to the arrest of Foskey who is accused of shoplifting $780 worth of merchandise
from Macy’s with another male who fled the scene. Foskey was found to be in possession of a shoplifting device and less than ½ ounce of marijuana."

Elizabeth Hutchinson, 33, of Reservoir Ave, Meriden is charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault. Police said "On August 28, 2020, Milford Police responded to a Marble Ln residence on the report of a possible past tense domestic violence incident. Investigation led to the arrest of Hutchinson who is accused of slapping a female in the face."


Sean London, 53, of Orchard Street, New Haven is charged with sixth-degree larceny. Police said "On August 30, 2020, Milford Police responded to Walmart, 1365 Boston Post Road, on the report of a shoplifting. Investigation led to the arrest of London who is accused of stealing $220 worth of merchandise."

Stephan Zampedri, 29, of Bridgeport Avenue, Milford is charged with disorderly conduct. Police said, "On September 2, 2020, Milford Police took custody of Zampedri in regards to an active warrant for his arrest. Zampedri is accused of throwing an item at a female in January, 2020."


Sereneti Butler, 19, of Undercliff Avenue, Bronx, NY is charged with fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny. Police said "On August 26, 2020, Milford Police responded to Boscov’s, 1201 Boston Post Road, on the report of a shoplifting. Investigation led to the arrest of Butler who is accused of stealing over $1,100 worth of perfume and handbags with another female."


Christopher Joy, 35, of Doreen Avenue, Hamden is charged with sixth-degree larceny. Police said, "On August 26, 2020, Milford Police responded to Stop and Shop, 1360 E Town Road, on the report of a shoplifting. Investigation led to the arrest of Joy who is accused of stuffing a 12 pack of Red Bull down his pants and exiting the store. Joy was located nearby a short time later by officers."
