Marvin Owens, 53, of Woodmont Road, Milford is charged with violation of a protective order.

Ann Wells, 75, of Schooner Lane, Milford is charged with disorderly conduct.

Stephen Demo, 55, of Romano Road, South Portland, Maine is charged with DUI, reckless driving, evading responsibility, and failure to maintain lane.

Wendy Bachman, 52, of Coach Circle, Naugatuck is charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault.
