Milford Police Arrest Log:

Monica Santos, 34, of Bridgeport and Maria Rodriguez, 34, of Highland Ave, Bridgeport are charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny. Police said "On October 22, 2020, Milford Police responded to 1201 Boston Post Rd, Boscov’s, on the report of a shoplifting. Investigation led to the arrest of Santos and Rodriguez who are accused of stealing over $380 worth of merchandise."

Sean Becker, 43, of Dogwood Lane, Fairfield is charged with second-degree failure to appear. Police said "On October 25, 2020, Milford Police took custody of Becker in regards to two active warrants for his arrest. Becker is accused of failing to appear in court on October 5, 2018 stemming from a September, 2018 arrest in New Haven for larceny. Becker is also accused of violating his court set probation. Lehman Blackman, 42, of Anne Street, New Haven is charged with fifth-degree larceny. Police said "On October 26, 2020, Milford Police took custody of Blackman in regards to an active warrant for his arrest. Blackman is accused of stealing over $580 worth of merchandise from Target, 1191 Boston Post Road, in September, 2020."

Domenica Palacio-Montgomery, 27, of Fairfield Avenue, Stamford is charged with second-degree harassment. Police said "On October 26, 2020, Milford Police took custody of Palacio-Montgomery in regards to an active warrant for her arrest. Palacio-Montgomery is accused of text messaging a male who she was previously warned not to contact by police."

Amanda Belcher, 37, of Sampson Street, Bridgeport is charged with sixth-degree larceny. Police said "On October 25, 2020, Milford Police responded to 242 Boston Post Road, Wines and More, on the report of a shoplifting. The suspects left the scene and were located a short time later. Investigation led to the arrest of Belcher who is accused of stealing $125 worth of merchandise in addition to motor vehicle violations."

Samantha Oliveras, 21, of Pond Point Avenue, Milford is charged with disorderly conduct. Police said "On October 27, 2020, Milford Police responded to a Pond Point Ave residence on the report of a possible domestic violence incident. Investigation led to the arrest of Oliveras who is accused of getting into a physical altercation with another female."

Police said Mirka Moline Garzon, 25, of Cave Street, New Haven is charged with sixth-degree larceny. Police said "On October 27, 2020, Milford Police responded to 1201 Boston Post Road, Boscov’s, on the report of a shoplifting. Investigation led to the arrest of Molina Garzon who is accused of stealing over $480 worth of merchandise."
