Milford Police: Man Stole Six Cases of Red Bull Drinks

The alleged theft occurred at the Stop & Shop on East Town Road.

Milford police say a 22-year-old Derby man is accused of taking six cases of Red Bull drinks from Stop & Shop at 1360 East Town Road without paying for them.

Police said on October 4, they received a complaint regarding a shoplifting that occurred at Stop & Shop.

Investigation revealed that two male suspects entered the store, took six cases of Red Bull and left the store without paying for them, police said.

Chuck Jammal, 28, of Cornerstone Drive in Derby, and a second suspect were identified through similar investigations in other towns, resulting in warrants being issued for their arrests, police said.

Jammal was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in Superior Court, Milford on March 3.
