Police have issued advice to residents following an uptick in 'various property crimes' across the state.

MILFORD, CT — Milford police are issuing advice to residents on how to protect themselves amid an increase in property crimes.
Milford police posted the following on Facebook:
"We have been seeing an uptick in various property crimes including stolen vehicles, car break ins, and purse snatching across the state.

- Do not leave cars running
