Milford Police Searching for 2 Suspects in a Brutal Home Invasion

Milford police are asking for public assistance in tracking down two suspects that are alleged to have participated in a brutal home invasion on Kenmore Lane on October 26, police said Monday.

Last week the Milford Police Department received a complaint regarding a home invasion that occurred at 26 Kenmore Lane, police said.

Investigation revealed that a male and female victim were inside the residence when several males acquainted with them entered the house and assaulted the two victims, police said in a release.

The male victim suffered several fractured bones and was treated at a local hospital for his injuries. The female victim was assaulted and strangled but did not require medical attention.

During the investigation, police identified four suspects and obtained warrants for their arrests regarding their involvement in this incident.

On Friday, police took two of the four men into police custody for the above mentioned arrest warrants. Zachary Labbe, 23 of 79 Salem Walk, Milford and Michael Fox, 21, of 40 Pearson Avenue, Milford were both charged with home invasion, first-degree assault, conspiracy to commit home invasion, conspiracy to commit first-degree assault.

Additional charges include conspiracy to commit third-degree strangulation, conspiracy to commit third-degree assault and conspiracy to interfere with an emergency call., police said.

Both men were held in lieu of a $250,000 bond and transported to Milford Superior Court for arraignment on Monday.

Police are looking for the public’s assistance in locating the two remaining suspects in the investigation who have active arrest warrants and they allegedly are Thomas Hart, 23, of 26 Kenmore Lane, Milford and Joseph Fox, 26, of 40 Pearson Avenue, Milford.
