Milford Property Reevaluation In Progress

The city must revalue property once every five years.

There should be little change in property assessments for the majority of residents, according to the Milford Mirror.

There may be some exceptions including possible lower values for homes on the shoreline that are being rebuilt after storms. Some areas not hit by storms may have increased value.
