MILFORD, CT — A Milford resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On April 9, Rafik Merchant, of Milford, won $10,000 after purchasing a $5,000,000 Ultimate ticket from In N Out Mart Inc. in Milford.
