MILFORD, CT — A Milford resident is $30,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Stratford last week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On September 16, Michael Joye, of Milford, purchased a 30x Cash 7th Edition ticket from 1240 Stratford Ave LLC in Stratford and won $10,000.
