A Milford resident is $16,248 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Norwalk, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On Jan. 22, Jason Sellman, of Milford, won $16,248 after purchasing a ticket from Moe's Corner Store Variety in Norwalk.
