Milford Schools Superintendent Elizabeth Feser Honored

The school board surprised Feser with a plaque for recognition of her being named the state's top superintendent.

At their regular business meeting on Dec. 8th, the Milford Board of Education presented a plaque to Dr. Elizabeth Feser, Superintendent of the Milford Public Schools, for being named Superintendent of the Year for the entire State of Connecticut. The award was bestowed to Dr. Feser by CAPSS (the Connecticut Association of Public School Superintendents) at the CAPSS Annual Meeting in November.

The plaque presentation was a surprise to Feser, and was presented by School Board Chairwoman Susan Glennon.

Here is some background on why Feser was named the state’s top schools superintendent.
