Milford Teen Accused Of Assault, Given $5K Bond: Police

MILFORD, CT — A Milford teen, Stephen Jerrell, 18, of Orange Avenue is accused of punching and biting a man, police said.

At 3:10 a.m. on Jan. 1, police responded to an Orange Avenue home on a report of a possible domestic violence incident, police said. Investigation led to the arrest of Jerrell, who is also accused of spitting on police and fire personnel upon their arrival, police said.

Jerrell is charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and assault on a public safety employee. He was given a $5,000 bond.
