Milford Tower Of Toys Event To Help Families In Need

MILFORD, CT — Milford firefighters will help with the 2nd annual “Tower of Toys” toy collection drive this year.

Milford’s “Tower of Toys” charitable program drive will take place Dec. 10 this year at 140 Beach Ave. from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

"It's so wonderful and rewarding to see how this program has grown over the past 10 years," said Andrew Krochko, the Tower of Toys Milford representative. "We could not be prouder of the way that our community has responded in the past and look forward to an even brighter future as this event continues expanding to assist local families in need."

Tower of Toys teams up with established local charities to collect unwrapped toys, gifts and monetary donations, so children can enjoy a holiday gift. Milford Tower of Toys will team up with Milford Professional Firefighters Local 944 to support Toys for Tots.

Milford firefighters will help transport gifts from the dropoff location to the Toys for Tots gift depository.

The Tower of Toys program was established 11 years ago in Manchester, NH as a way to assist families in need through established local charities.
