Upon earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Wheaton College (Norton, MA), Bonetti began her career trajectory as the Editor-in-Chief for Subway World Headquarters in Milford in 1986. While there, she oversaw the activities of all internal communications for the corporation including franchisee messaging, video production, operations manuals, and budgeting, while supervising a staff of nine. In 2004, Bonetti was hired as the Communications Coordinator for the Milford Public School district, a role she has held for the past 20 years. Throughout her time with MPS, Bonetti has become a familiar face across the district, frequently seen photographing major school events, authoring hundreds of press releases, providing social media content, and building relationships with local officials and local media.
Bonetti has been involved in many local organizations over the years, designed to help the community. However, while we enjoy the many, many benefits of living here, there are many who struggle in our city every day with financial, mental health, or hunger challenges, to name a few. Our community has always been one of the most giving, supportive places on the planet and I look forward to bringing both factions together to make Milford the best … for all.”
