More Affordable Housing Units Approved In Milford: Report

The units will be constructed on about a half-acre of land.

MILFORD, CT — A developer, AAP Builders LLC of Fairfield, received approval from the Planning and Zoning Board last week to construct a 12-unit affordable housing complex at 65 Plains Road, the Milford Mirror reports.

The units will be built on about a half-acre of land where a current 1870 single-family house is located on the property along with a barn. The house and barn will be demolished.

Each of the 12 units will be roughly 1,000-square-feet. Only one person spoke about the application.
