New Milford Schools Principal Announced
A local educator decided to retire at the end of the school year, which led to a vacancy that officials have just filled.
MILFORD, CT — Sarah Scionti is named principal of Orchard Hills Elementary, Milford school officials announced.
"We are pleased to announce the appointment of Sarah Scionti as new Principal of Orchard Hills
Elementary. As you will recall, the position recently became available due to the upcoming retirement of Dr. Clifford Dudley, current principal of the school. Sarah currently serves as the principal of The Academy. After an intensive interview process, we believe the Orchard Hills community will benefit from Mrs. Scionti’s strong ability to lead, her empathy for others, and her vision for education in the future. Sarah will begin her new role in late June. Congratulations!," officials announced.
