PD: Man Refuses Breathalyzer Test, Charged w/ DUI

A 46-year-old Milford man was arrested Thursday for DUI after police said he refused to perform a Breathalyzer test.
Brian Casey of Berry Street was "operating erratically" on the Boston Post Road, "traveling out of the established lane," police said.

Milford Police said they arrested Casey after he pulled into his driveway.
In addition to the DUI, Casey was charged with operating with a suspended license and failure to drive right. Bond was set at $500 and he is due in court Sept. 27.
