Police Investigate Several Vehicle Burglaries In Milford

The break-ins occurred in the Lexington Green and Fresh Meadow Lane areas, according to police.

MILFORD, CT — Milford police are asking for the public's help with an investigation into several vehicle burglaries in the city early on Tuesday, according to authorities.

The break-ins occurred in the area of Lexington Green and Fresh Meadow Lane, and Milford police Officer Brennan is asking for any video surveillance from those areas to help with the investigation.

Anyone with such video is asked to send the footage to mbrennan@milfordct.gov, and reference

“Take away the opportunity for theft!” Milford police wrote on Facebook. “Please remember to LOCK YOUR CARS. LOCK YOUR CARS. LOCK YOUR CARS. Don't forget to remove all valuables from your car and take all keys/fobs inside your residence. Check the batteries on your key fobs to make sure they are actually securing the car when you press lock.”
