Police: Milford Woman Threatened Spouse With Scissors, Arrested Twice
Milford police say after the woman was arrested, she went back to the house, and was arrested again.

Milford police say they received a complaint of a disturbance in a home on Robbins Court on Thursday evening.
Investigation led to the arrest of Joanna Mack-Papazoglou, of Robbins Court, who is accused of threatening her spouse while brandishing a pair of scissors in a threatening manner, police said.
After her first arrest, she was released on a promise to appear with conditions of release that she refrain from returning to the residence until her court appearance, police said.

Shortly after her release, police were summoned back to 55 Robbins Court where police found Papazoglou was trying to get into the home, police said.
She was found hiding in the garage and arrested. She was held on $2,500 bond and is scheduled to appear in court later on Friday. She was charged with disorderly conduct, threatening, and violation of conditions of release.
