Popular Food Truck Opens New Eatery In Milford

MILFORD, CT — A new unique eatery opened for business today in Milford. Fryborg the Restaurant held its grand opening this morning at its new 217 Bridgeport Avenue location.

On social media, Fryborg, which has operated as a popular food truck, is opening a take-out restaurant. "Fryborg The Restaurant version 1.0. It's pretty much a take-out joint because we only have enough space for handful of stools, but you can expect the same great stuff that we sell on the truck. Freshly made burgers, Hummel hot dogs and red hots, old-school grilled cheese on locally baked bread, artisanal sausages & other sandwich specials, cane sugar sodas, and obviously our hand-cut fries with a metric crap-ton of dipping sauces and toppings.
