An article this week in the New Haven Register quoted Economic Development Commission Chairman Cyrus Settineri at Wednesday’s EDC meeting saying that talks are ongoing for a restaurant to take over the building.
Harrison Hardware, 36 Broad Street, opened in 1907. It has remained closed since 2006 when it was damaged from a fire and flooding from the sprinkler system.
