ORANGE, CT — Police say a woman witnessed two people burglarize a neighbor's house and she tried to follow them in her vehicle but she ended up losing them as the car turned into Milford.
Police said the incident began just before 10 a.m. Thursday when police were notified by a Currier Drive neighbor that a silver sedan with tinted windows occupied had just fled the neighbor’s house and she thought the occupants had committed a burglary.
The initial investigation revealed that the neighbor had seen the suspect vehicle driving in the area and left in her own vehicle, police said in a news release.

The suspects then drove off at high speed. The neighbor attempted to follow the vehicle and last observed it turn west toward Milford on the Boston Post Road, police said. The neighbor returned to the neighborhood and called police.
