Stratford Man Charged In Milford Auto Repair Shop Burglary: Police
A Stratford man has been charged in connection with the burglary of a business in the spring.

MILFORD, CT — A Stratford man has been charged in connection with the burglary of a business in the spring.
Police responded to a burglar alarm activated at Bruneau's Service Center at 60 Rowe Ave. on April 24.
Police arrived and found a burglary had occurred. The front door was open, the windows were broken, and the cash register was outside the building.

Police investigated and developed Rashaan Cherry, Jr., 18, of Stratford, as a suspect. A warrant was issued for his arrest.
Bridgeport police took Cherry into custody Dec. 30 and turned him over to Milford police on the arrest warrant.

Cherry was charged with third-degree burglary and first-degree criminal mischief. He was released on a promise to appear in Milford Superior Court on Jan. 23.
