Suspect(s) Intentionally Set Car On Fire In Milford: Police

Police are searching for those who are responsible for setting the car on fire.

MILFORD, CT — Milford police are asking for assistance in finding the person or persons responsible for intentionally setting a car on fire. On June 28, 2017, the Milford Fire and Police departments were dispatched to a car fire at 65 Crestwood Road, Milford. It was later determined that the fire in the vehicle was intentionally set by an unknown person(s), police said.

Detectives were able to obtain video surveillance footage of the area, police said. The video showed two vehicles leaving the area of the fire at a high rate of speed a short time before the fire was reported, police said.
