Two Charged After Attempted Car Burglaries: Milford PD
A man and a juvenile were charged after they tried to burglarize parked cars in Milford, police said.
MILFORD, CT — A New Haven man and a juvenile were charged after they attempted to break into vehicles on Liberty Street, according to police.
Officers went to Liberty Street July 15 after getting a report of males looking through parked vehicles.
A police K-9 was brought to the scene to track the suspects. Marvin Gaye Jr., 23, exited a wooded area, police said. Gaye was charged with conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny, attempted third-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny and interfering with police. He also had an active arrest warrant for violation of probation.
