Two Chosen as Jurors in Murder Trial Involving Milford Woman
Alexandra Ducsay, 26, who appeared on Law and Order was killed in her Milford home in 2006.
Two jurors were chosen after the first day of ‘voir dire’ in the case of Matthew Pugh, 42, who is accused of killing Alexandra Ducsay, 26, in 2006, the New Haven Register reports.
During the process, the defense and prosecution choose jurors after a formal interview where the questions center around the jurors’ ability to be fair.
Twelve jurors should be selected by Jan. 30 and evidence will be presented beginning Feb. 3. Ducsay graduated from Jonathan Law High School and appeared on an episode of Law and Order. Pugh was arrested and charged with the homicide back in 2012 and is being held on $2 million bond.
