MILFORD, CT — A candlelight vigil will be held for Julie Minogue, who was killed in a suspected homicide Tuesday.
The vigil will take place Sunday Dec. 11 at 1 p.m. at Milford Lisman Landing, 37 Helwig St. There is parking available at the marina.
