Winter Storm Leads to Numerous Changes in Milford
City buildings will open later on Monday, garbage and recycling day changes, and more.
From Mayor Ben Blake:
Due to the snow and icy conditions, all City buildings will be closed to the public until 12:00 noon today, Monday, February 2, 2015.
Residents who have a Monday Garbage/Recycling Day will have their pick-up rescheduled for Tuesday, February 3, 2015, and residents with a normal Tuesday Garbage/Recycling Day will have their pick-up rescheduled for Wednesday, February 4, 2015. Please try to keep the garbage cans and recycling containers out of the street as this will make it difficult for the snowplows that continue to clear the roads.

An Alternate Side of the Street Parking Ban is in effect. On Monday, February 2nd, vehicles should be parked on the Even Number Side of the street. This alternate side of the street parking ban will be lifted at 6:00 PM on Monday, February 2nd.
