The site speaks to many sides of business. It starts by opening to a new look for the Town. The menu opens by clicking on "A Great Place to Live and Raise a Family," which details the town's education system; the park system including Wolfe Park, Webb Mountain Discovery System for Kids; Lake Zoar and the Housatonic River recreation area and Whitney Farms Golf Course.

The Resource Center is a complete Business and Career Resource Center. It consists of 18 subheads all linked to websites to help start and manage a business or to sustain and grow a business.
These 18 subheads have 352 website links all designed to assist Monroe

"This is an enormous amount of information all in one place and just a click away,"
said EDC Vice Chairman Susan Ownes, an active member of the website revision committee.
The site also includes locations for EDC meeting agendas and minutes, the commission's marketing material, a listing of EDC members and the meeting schedule for the year of 2010.
If you are looking for a building to rent or lease or a piece of property to relocate your business, our website includes CERC's SiteFinder for buildings and property listings in Monroe.
The EDC has an exclusive link to Monroe's listings.
