Certified AD/HD coach Linda Taylor will present "AD/HD & College - Are You Ready?" 6:30-8 p.m. Monday, Sept. 27, in the library's Ehlers Meeting Room. High school teens and their parents are invited to attend.
The meeting will include a panel discussion with AD/HD college students.

- Selecting a college: what's the best situation; is there a department of Student Disabilities and is it real?
- The way colleges look at providing class accommodations vs. high school; it's very different as there are no 504s or IEPs.
- The transition process from a heavily supported home/school experience to living independently; the challenges and potential pitfalls.
- If not college, then what? What are the options and why you should consider them.
