Whether you’ve written one resume or updated your professional Resume Accomplishment Statements ten times, Jill Griffin’s, Career Coach, Advanced Resume seminar will assist your career track. This course’s purpose is to fine-tune and strengthen your resume, and assist in finding your next job.
To make best use of time, please prepare your Resume ahead, using Edith Wheeler Memorial Library’s Section 650, including the following:
- A two-paragraph Summary Statement (similar to your elevator speech);
- A Professional Experience section listing career highlights from the last 8 to 10 years;
- Action Verbs used in impactful Accomplishment statements;
- A section with your Education, including dates attended, and
- A listing of your Professional Memberships and years of service.
