Affordable Degree Completion & Continuing Education Opportunities for Adult Students

The Edith Wheeler Memorial Library has partnered with Higher Education Consortium of Connecticut to present a panel discussion on “Affordable Degree Completion & Continuing Education Opportunities for Adult Students”.

An increasing number of adults are out of work.  Many are returning to school as a way of transitioning their careers. Representatives from various colleges will be on hand to discuss affordable degree and certificate options for adults as well as shortcuts to degree and short-term certificate completion.  The presenters for this program will be, John DeBenedictis - Sacred Heart (University College), Tatiana Rampino - St. Vincent’s College, Jamie Caruso - University of Connecticut Stamford Campus, Mary Jane Dubner - University of Bridgeport,  and Amy Amaru - New England College of Business & Finance.
