The Edith Wheeler Memorial Library, in conjunction with Connecticut's Small Business Development Center, will co-sponsor a 4-part series for fledging entrepreneurs. Tonight's program will teac you the proper process that is key to starting a business in Connecticut. Refreshments provided by the Friends of the Library.
