The annual Fall Arts and Crafts Fair, sponsored by the Newtown United Methodist Church. will be held on Saturday, October 18th from 10am to 4 pm at Reed Intermediate School, 3 Trades Lane, Newtown, CT. It is conveniently located near exit 11 of I-84. Thirty- four professional artisans will offer a variety of handcrafted items including jewelry, quilts, doll clothes, knitted items, quilled ornaments and pictures, fine art, folk art, floral pieces, pottery, wooden items, holiday decorations, birdhouses, gourmet apples, and more. Also available will be delicious baked goods, a silent auction, $25 theme baskets, tasty luncheon items and an opportunity for families to register their children in the nation-wide AMBER Alert Identification system.
