Former Monroe Resident's Nursing License Revoked Amid Theft Allegations: Report
The nurse is among eight disciplined by the state Board of Examiners for Nursing last week

HARTFORD, CT — Eight Connecticut nurses were disciplined last week by the state's Board of Examiners for Nursing including the revocation of three nursing licenses, reports the Connecticut Health I-Team.
Former Monroe resident Lisa Fabrizio's license was revoked after the board found that she took jewelry from patients and computers from her work and treated the goods for heroin. The board found her heroin abuse was affecting her practice as a nurse, and she faces similar charges from Stratford police filed in June.
The license of Adrian Kozikowski of New Britain and Dorsey Saunders of Bridgeport were also revoked. Nurses from Shelton, Middletown, West Hartford, Cromwell, Killingworth and Canterbury were also disciplined last week.
