Freezing Temps and Snow Will Hit Monroe Tuesday and Wednesday
There is a chance of snow Tuesday and Wednesday and temperatures will dip into the teens on Tuesday and drop down to zero on Wednesday.

Freezing temperatures will hit our area on Tuesday night and Wednesday with strong wind gusts and a chance of snow. Below is a detailed forecast from the National Weather Service in Upton, New York.
- Tuesday - Snow likely, mainly between noon and 3pm. Cloudy, with a high near 22. Wind chill values between 5 and 10. West wind 3 to 7 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%. New snow accumulation of less than one inch possible.
- Tuesday Night - A slight chance of snow showers before 9pm. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 13. Wind chill values between 5 and 10. West wind 6 to 9 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
- Wednesday - A chance of snow showers after 2pm. Partly sunny, with a high near 22. Wind chill values between zero and 10. Blustery, with a northwest wind 6 to 11 mph increasing to 15 to 20 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 31 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%.
- Wednesday Night - A slight chance of snow showers before 8pm. Partly cloudy, with a low around 0. Northwest wind 11 to 17 mph, with gusts as high as 29 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
- Thursday - Mostly sunny and cold, with a high near 17.
- Thursday Night - A chance of snow showers after midnight. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 13. Chance of precipitation is 40%.
- Friday - Partly sunny, with a high near 27.
- Friday Night - Partly cloudy, with a low around 14.
