Funeral Services Set for Tuesday, Sept. 2 for Jennifer Sredzinski, Monroe Woman Beaten to Death

Jennifer R. Sredzinski, 41, Monroe died Friday, Aug. 29, 2014 as a result of her injuries from being beaten to death.

Funeral services are set for Tuesday, Sept. 2 for the Monroe woman who was beaten on Monday, Aug. 25. Jennifer Sredzinski, 41, of Windgate Circle, Monroe, died on Friday Aug. 29 as a result of her injuries.

According to police, the Monroe Police Department received a 911 call for an unconscious female lying in the roadway on Windgate Circle, bleeding from her head. Sredzinski received emergency medical care on scene and was transported to Bridgeport Hospital for treatment. She died four days later. The case is being investigated as an untimely death under suspicious circumstances.

Jennifer R. Sredzinski age 41 of Monroe died Friday, August 29, 2014 at Bridgeport Hospital. Born in Niagara Falls, NY on January 16, 1973, she was the daughter of Dominic and Marilyn McInnis Bilotta of Niagara Falls, NY. Ms. Sredzinski worked as a 9-1-1 Operator and Public Safety Dispatcher with the Southwestern Regional Emergency Communications System “CMED” for nearly 20 years.

She is survived by her son, Cody Matthew Gall of Stratford; brother, Matthew T. Bilotta and his wife Michele of Waterbury; and nephew, Aaron M. Bilotta of Waterbury and her former spouses J.P. Sredzinski of Monroe and Peter Gall of Stratford.

Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, September 2, 2014 at 7:00 PM in the Wakelee Memorial Funeral Home, 167 Wakelee Ave., Ansonia. Interment will be in the White Chapel Memorial Park, Amherst, NY. Family and friends may call on Tuesday from 4:00 to 7:00 PM, prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be made to Cody Gall’s Education Fund, checks made payable to Matthew Bilotta, in care of the funeral home.
