Monroe BOE Funds Study For Future Student Enrollment

MONROE, CT — The Board of Education voted to spend $11,500 on a study to determine the likely future enrollment figures for students in town, including the impact of mixed use developments.
A developer has pitched a mixed use development with up to 50 apartments at 10 and 36 Main St., according to the Monroe Sun.
First Selectman Ken Kellogg has expressed support for the development.
