Monroe PD Needs Help Catching John Deere Thief

On Monday Sept. 8 at approximately 8:00 a.m. a Monroe contractor reported that his 2006 John Deere 50D Excavator was stolen from a job site on Crown View Drive in Monroe. The excavator is owned by New England Materials, LLC and was parked along the curb, on the grass at 8 Crown View Drive. The contractor believes it was taken sometime between 6:00 p.m. on Sept. 7 and 6:45 a.m. on Sept. 8. The excavator is worth approximately $28,875.
